At AceRank, we strive to provide high-quality service. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which we offer refunds for AI credits and other purchases.
2. AI Credits Refund Policy
2.1 Eligible for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- Credits were purchased accidentally (within 24 hours of purchase)
- You experienced a technical issue preventing credit usage
- The AI-generated test was severely flawed or unusable
- You were charged incorrectly or multiple times
2.2 Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds are generally NOT provided for:
- Credits already used to generate tests
- Dissatisfaction with test difficulty or content (unless severely flawed)
- Change of mind after 24 hours
- Poor exam performance after using the platform
3. Refund Request Process
3.1 How to Request
To request a refund:
- Email us at info@acerank.in
- Include your account email and transaction ID
- Explain the reason for your refund request
- Provide any relevant screenshots or evidence
3.2 Response Time
We will review your request within 3-5 business days and notify you of our decision via email.
3.3 Processing Time
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
4. Subscription Cancellations
If we offer subscription plans in the future:
- You can cancel anytime before the next billing cycle
- No refunds for partial months already paid
- Access continues until the end of the current billing period
5. Course Enrollment Refunds
For paid course enrollments (if applicable):
- Within 7 days: Full refund if you haven't completed more than 10% of the course
- After 7 days: No refund, but you can switch to another course of equal value
- Technical issues: Full refund if the course is inaccessible due to platform errors
6. Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds or credit adjustments:
- Platform downtime affecting your ability to use credits
- Minor technical issues with generated tests
- Partially used credit bundles (at our discretion)
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Credits used for successful test generation
- Downloaded test results or analytics reports
- Promotional or bonus credits
- Account reactivation fees (if applicable)
8. Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback with your bank or payment provider:
- Please contact us first to resolve the issue
- Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension
- You may be liable for chargeback fees
9. Exceptions
We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. Exceptional circumstances may include:
- Medical emergencies or personal hardship
- Platform failures causing significant loss of service
- Fraudulent charges or security breaches
